This blog is meant as a way for me to share recipes and restaurant experiences with those that choose to follow it. It is meant to be fun and entertaining. There won't be many baking options as I don't bake. In fact, I don't even consider me a cook in anyway. The whole point of this blog is that I cook with limited skills. Most of my recipes won't have specific measurements as this isn't fancy cooking here (I am no Julia Child). My recipes are EASY. I tend to stick to a few ingredients and make them work. I am not a chef. I screw up. I am not perfect. You can enjoy these trials and tribulations with me. I will try to provide the "husband friendly version" wherever there is one.
